Our Team of Professionals

CEO and founder of Wolf Pro Management. With a strong network of contacts in Europe, Juan Pablo combines his knowledge of international soccer with a business background that started at a very young age. He has led his own companies and managed family businesses, which has allowed him to develop strategic skills and a visionary approach to agency growth. His main objective is to connect talents with global opportunities, ensuring an integral professional and personal development for the players.

Juan Pablo Chaverra Álvarez

Sports coordinator and co-founder. An expert in scouting, tactical analysis and negotiation, Christian has played a key role in the identification and development of soccer talent. As a FIFA-licensed agent, he is authorized to represent underage players, which reinforces Wolf Pro Management's commitment to the development of promising young players. His experience and negotiation skills make him a key leader in the growth of players in international markets.

Administrative director and co-founder. A specialist in marketing and accounting, Leydi Johana brings a strategic vision to the financial and operational management of the agency. In addition, her experience in the field of health and psychological coaching from Germany, with more than 5 years of practice, allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to the welfare of the players. His work ensures that each talent is prepared not only physically, but also emotionally, to face the challenges of a professional soccer career.
